Need or want to train virtually? No, problem. I will guide you through an online session from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a little bit of space to move around, an internet connection, and a camera (your phone camera will do just fine). I will help you figure out the rest.

Looking for a solo session? Book a one-on-one session where it'll be just you and I working out together. This will give you the most tailored workout out of all of the options. You'll also get specialized exercise plans that will evolve as you start reaching your goals.

Enjoy working out with a friend or partner? Book this option to give you and one other person a dynamic, interactive workout.

GROUP

Want a fun, healthy way to hang out with your friends? Book a group workout session where you get to share the pain and gain as a group (maximum of 5 people)
